MiVPN Cloud usage rules

Last updated: October 23, 2026

MiVPN Cloud gives you a VPN server with a fixed IP just for you. Since that IP is in your name, whatever is done with it is your responsibility. These rules explain what you can do, what you can't, and what happens if they are broken. They complement the General Terms and Conditions.

1. What it's for

MiVPN Cloud is for your personal use, your family's, or your own business and its team. You can connect all your devices, with no limit.

2. What is not allowed

You may not use MiVPN Cloud to:

  • Resell, rent out or share access with people outside your household or your team.
  • Send spam or bulk email. Sending email through port 25 is blocked.
  • Attack, scan or try to break into other people's systems, or launch attacks to take services down.
  • Spread viruses, malware or pages designed to steal data (phishing).
  • Download or share content that infringes copyright.
  • Any activity that is illegal in your country or in the country where your server is located.

3. Included traffic

Each server includes 1,800 GB of traffic per month. We'll email you when you reach 80%. If you hit the limit, the server is paused until the 1st of next month and then starts working again on its own, with the same IP and the same settings.

4. Your privacy

We don't look at or store what you do online. We only keep what we need to provide the service: your server's IP, which account it belongs to and how much traffic it uses each month.

5. Abuse complaints

If we receive a complaint about your server's IP, we'll let you know and may pause it while the matter is cleared up. In case of serious or repeated abuse, we may close the service without a refund. If the law requires it, we will cooperate with the authorities.

6. Cancellation

If you cancel or stop paying, your server keeps working for a few more days. We'll tell you the date on which we'll delete it. Once it's deleted, its IP is no longer yours.

7. Changes to these rules

If we change these rules, we'll let you know by email before the changes take effect.
